Premium Gold is dedicated to providing quality product. Every Premium Gold product is quality tested twice before leaving the manufacturing plant. Premium Gold product is warranted against workmanship and defects in materials for as long as the original owner owns the product. The quality warranty only applies if the product is being used for the intended purpose by Pudney & Lee Limited. If the defective product is no longer available we will replace it with a similar product or one of equal value. Their warranty excludes defects from misuse or use beyond the product's intended purpose.

If you are anyway unsatisfied with the quality or workmanship ofr Premium Gold cables please return it to the retailer where you purchased the Premium Gold for a full replacement or refund. Proof of purchase will be required.
